Mexico vs Colombia

Colombia delivered a dominant performance at Arlington Stadium, defeating the Mexican National Team 4–0 in a friendly clash between two squads already qualified for the World Cup. From the opening whistle, the Colombian side controlled the tempo, exploiting spaces and capitalizing on every defensive lapse from El Tri. James Rodríguez and Luis Díaz led a sharp, explosive attack, while Mexico despite isolated attempts from Santiago Giménez, never managed to settle into the game or find solutions in midfield. The scoreboard reflected Colombia’s superiority in a match that left several lessons for the Mexican team as they continue their World Cup preparation.
